Have an evotel 32" tv brought last week but i have a problem with the picture as in when watching parts of the picture seems to freeze and lag behind the rest of the picture causing a kind of wobble

When the TV is OFF, the power supply, main board are still running 24/7 since it has to be able to receive the signals from the remote or from the switches on the TV, so it is never really off at all.
You are lucky it last 2 years, some of them TV I work on are less than 2 years old.
This an be the main board or the T-CON board problem.

put a big big big huge enormous fan behind the tv with back cover off to vent the board that is overheating......try to find wich chip or parts that is overheating with a laser thermometer. that particular part will be like 40 degree more than others
I have a Insigna IS- TVHD30. It come on and have a perfect sound but I can't get a picture. Its about three years old. I went to sleep watching Tv. and when I woke up the t.V. was on, but wasn't showing a picture anymore. I decided to throw it away last week, and plugged it up and it came right for 2 days, it was perfect. Now it has went out a again. Can some help!!!
I had the same problem , sent it into the shop and they said it was a capacitor . It is a $3.00 part and $75.00 for labor . But it did fix the problem . The labor charge was inflated I'm sure so if you someone who can do it and just get the part ,would be the way to go.
