Hi first I would like to thank you inadvance your technical support to me. the problem is that the screen is not functioning it stayes dark.

I assume that you can at least see the display like texts or images on the screen even if it's dark. There four things which can cause this, first the display cable (flex cable), second the display connectors on the display or on the board of the mobile/phone,third is display ic and the fourth is the display itself.

To troubleshoot this, it's a must to open apart the set, you'll need appropriate screw drivers and spares like display and flex cable.

Open the case, disconnect the terminals of the display flex cable from both the display and from the board, do some cleaning with alcohol/spirit/ipa solution with a soft brush, and again reconnect them after it's dried. If this isn't successful, go to next step.

Next replace another cable (display) and check if you can see the light on the screen or not. Again there's no light? Next step...

Connect the other display (should be a working display of the same model and type). If the problem goes, then your solution is replacing the display. If not the display ic which only professionals and trained technicians can handle.
