Reasons that can cause this situation are
1- the drum motor is faulty
2- the drum motor relay doesn't receive power
3- The relay receives power, but relay contacts are won out hence not connecting.
There is a wire disconnected that links the motor to the timer board.

Possible that there is no output to the motor from the control panel in which case the control panel is faulty or if you can check the voltage on the motor at the time of program start , then it can be confirmed on the motor failure, motor capacitor failure.Also check the spindle for free run in which case it which case it can be jammed.
I realize that this post really old but I wanted this to be available
for the next guy. I bought Bosch part number 154740 which are brushes
that worked for me. They will tell you it wont work but it did for my
Bosch (wfmc1001uc/09) washing machine.
I can't find a Bosch model GCM800 saw in their library but regardless; all arbor nuts, bolts, etc. that hold on blades will loosen if you turn them in the same direction the blade spins when cutting. This makes them self tightening so the blade won't come off while in use.
