You should first try replace the ICs on the board, this problem is pretty common and I think that one of the ICs or both are fried, but if you do it yourself you can save a ton of money. It should be under $100 to buy new ones.
Remember to be careful when working with this tv and if you don't know what you are doing then I suggest getting someone to help you that knows what to do or just take it in to a service technician otherwise I can help as much as I can from here.

i tink your ckt has one resisitor has been damge so it cant stabilize your clour thats y its showing green clour picture so u have do this take your tv with a good repair he will charge u for this 20$ to 50 $

You may have power supply problem or bad logic board or you just need to reset do this umplug the set from wall an let it that way for about 39 minuts tham plug back in turn it on and see if works if not let me know good luck....
It best to take the system to a repair tech, donot try to power on the system , as it could damage more components inside . The problem generally happens to due to the power fuse burnig out.
Try to reset the TV system. Remove the power supply connection. (make sure you take the Plug off the socket). Leave it for about 30 min. turn it on again....
