Dear gaddar, this is relatively simply. You see if one customer pays 7000 then when someone brings three customers that mean he has given a company business of 21000. Company pays the customer who brought others 2000. Now if you minus 21000-2000 = 19000 is what company earns.

And when they pay out i'm sure they deduct certain amount for processing charges and service charges. Thats how these companies make profit.

SOURCE: Can I Upgrade Office 2003 to Office 2007 without full pack on my company PC with MSI files or MSts

If you have valid licenses for Office 2003, you can purchase upgrade licenses, which are considerably less expensive than full package licenses. The cost, of course, depends on which version of office you purchase. There are also ways to save in quantity purchases if you have a large number of machines, and a program known as "Software Assurance" is something that has saved my companies a great deal of money, time, and trouble over the years. All of these are covered on the Microsoft website, but there is obviously a great deal of information there if you are not sure of what you are looking for. Software assurance not only can save on cost in the long run, as it is a subscription program, and during the term of the subscription (1 to 3 years) you are entitled to any and all upgrades, new versions, etc., without additional charge. There are also certain features which are only available through the corporate programs. There is not a file or other tool which would allow for you to upgrade your corporate software without charge.

If this information assists you in resolving the problem, please take a moment to rate the solution at a "FixYa" level. If you do not feel that you can rate at a "FixYa", please post back with more information regarding what has occurred subsequently and/or more details regarding the situation, and I will gladly help you until we have reached a definitive solution. Thank you for using and rating FixYa!

SOURCE: gudpm po im asking about

If your company was using MS Office 2003 then you're using MS Office 2007. Make sure you're saving the file in a compatible format. For example, if you've create a report on excel file using MS Excel 2007 then you should save the file in .xls (compatible format) instead of .xlsx (2007 format. In that case you can open your file on both versions. Also when you're saving other office files make sure it's in compatible format.
