When I start my oven- When gas comes on- It has a high pitch whistling noise
SOURCE: gas leak from oven
Sounds like the ignitor is weak and needs to be replaced. How old is the oven and what is the model # from the sticker on oven?
SOURCE: Oven does not ignite, nogas coming out
Most likely the ignitor needs replaced. Checking it with a meter will verify. If it is OPEN then replace the ignitor. IF it SHORTED then the gas safety valve will be bad also.

this sounds like the gas solenoid valve you may need to change the coil on the solenoid valve
SOURCE: My gas oven makes a noise
This is because the ignitor is starting to fail. The ignitor is probally just barely reaching the correct amp draw and soon will not light at all. For a free video on performing an amp draw test go to www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html this will walk you thru the testing procedure.
SOURCE: top oven bake igniter comes on, but gas does not.
If the bake ignitor comes on (starts glowing) - check the amperage on
the bake ignitor wires when it's on. If the ignitor is a round style -
amperage should be 2.5-3A, if the ignitor is rectangular - 3 - 3.6A. If
less
than 2.5A or 3A respectively - replace ignitor. If the ignitor does not
come on - check the voltage on the ignitor, should be the line voltage
110-120v AC. Faulty gas valve is uncommon, but still a
small possibility. Ignitor part numbers for round style ones: 4342528,
WB2X9154, SGR403, 5304401265;
rectangular styles: 12400035, WB13K21, WB2X9998, SGR412, NR020,
5303935066, 814269, 9753108.
Ignitors of the same shape (i.e. rectangular) are interchangeable, if
you can splice the wires.
Good luck!
