error is heat roller over temperature, try pressing the "#" key then
"Interrupt" key then "C" key then "Interrupt" key to get into
simulation mode and enter 14 and press start the follow instructions on
screen (should be press ok). This will reset the code and restart the
machine. When the machine restarts if the error was not mechanical the
machine should go. If not you have one of two most likely problems; you
need to reset the thermal cut-out on top of the fuser unit or the fuser
lamp is blown.
