My son can't remember the code to unlock his keypad-tried 0000 and every other code we could think of-Help please!
First, take out the battery and press the RED end call key for 15 seconds, then put the battery back in and turn on the phone.

after taking the first step, then do this from the website which I just tested and it DOES work:
To lock the keypad, select Menu and press * within 2 seconds. To unlock your phone's keypad, select Unlock and press * within 2 seconds.
Or, at the main screen select Menu > Settings > Security Settings. Enter the lock code (THE PRESET LOCK CODE IS THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER), and select OK. You now have a series of options from which to choose from: Off immediately turns off the phone lock feature; Lock now turns the lock feature on immediately;On power-up turns the lock feature on immediately after the phone is turned off and then on.
