To reset your nokia phone to factory default if you forgot the phone security code you have to follow these steps.

Data cable for your phone
Nokia pc suite installed on your system

Nemisis service suite -to download it go to the link below. The download would begin automatically

After installing this one connect your phone and exit your pc suite tray icon.

Then open the nemisis service suite click on the tools button then select factory settings.

Then select the check box restore factory settings if your phone is symbian
then check the symbian option then select the reset button that's all
it will reset to factory default settings your security code reset to 12345.
