Good Day,
Transferring file to a PC from an N70 phone, can be done in three ways
1: via Bluetooth
2: via memory card (by the use of memory card reader)
3: via Nokia PC Suite using standard N70 (DKU-2) Cable
I guess you are left the last option, which is I am sure you have a cable for your phone. Because it is included in the box when you bought the phone.
But before you can actually connect your phone to your PC, even if you have the cable, you must install Nokia PC Suite first. Just go here and download the software.

After installing you can go and connect the cable to your N70 phone and connect to a USB port on your PC. The phone may ask you on its screen to choose what kind of connectivity you want, if you want to just transfer files, you may just choose Disk option or removable disk access, and access its MMC via the windows explorer just like a card reader.
Hope this helps you. Thank you for using Fixya.
