Adobe Flash Player
What they do not tell you (Adobe), is that when you go to install the latest version of Flash Player, it Does Not automatically delete the older version.
The new version will not install if an older version is present.
Download, Install, and use the Adobe Flash Player Uninstall Tool.

Restart your computer.
Then go back to the Adobe Flash Player download page, download and install the latest version.
Restart your computer once more.
(No, going into Add/Remove Programs doesn't net you anything)

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Under the heading > Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller Tech Note
Takes you to this page,

Left-click on the blue > uninstall_flash_player.exe, and click right on it.
A small window will come up > Opening uninstall_flash_player.exe
Click on Save File
Another small window will come up.
Very quickly look at the heading at the Top of the window.
This is where the file will download to.
Write it down.
In the heading at the top it may have;
1) Desktop
or
2) My Documents {Documents for Vista}
or
3) Downloads
If there is Desktop in the heading the file will download to your desktop screen
My Documents? Click on Start > My Documents
Downloads? Click on Start > My Documents > Double-click on > Downloads
When you see the file name > uninstall_flash_player.exe, Double-click on it.
Follow the easy instructions.
After it has installed run the Uninstaller.
Once the Uninstaller has finished, restart your computer.
Now go back to Adobe Flash Player Support, and download the latest version.
At the top right of the page click on the white > f in the Red square.
After the latest version of Adobe Flash Player has installed, restart your computer.
