Emmerson microwave oven and grill

Is the Sharp Convection Grill Microwave either model R-820JS or R-820BC? If so . . .

The cooking directions begin on Page 24 of the Operation Manual.

The cooking instructions start on Image 27 of the PDF document and run through Image 30 (Page 26.)

I would choose the convection cooking temperature for either Frozen Convenience Foods or Pies, Frozen Prepared.

Is the Magnetron working? Fuse ok? Door switch good?

I suspect that the manual is the same for the MWG9115SL F and other suffix models. I would check the cooking instructions on the side of the pizzas packaging. If microwave cooking is not listed I would not recommend cooking it in a microwave as this could make the food unsafe to eat.

I would check the cooking instructions on the outside of the pizza packaging. If microwave cooking is not a suggest method I would not try to cook it in a microwave.

you may find the old unit was lower watts so took longer & cooked/heated better all the way through. a way to fix this is lower temp settings or pause and stir the food to help heat it up more even.

If this is a warranty item, I would take it back. It is normal to have a moderate sound. But if it's very loud it indicates a problem in the microwave oven.
