Singer Sewing Machine labels are printed in a confusing manner. E99670 50T8 is not the actual Model Number. The actual Model Number is the first 4 digits on the line with the Serial Number. In my case, the Model Number is1525, even though E99670 50T8 appears on the label at "Model Number". This machine was also labeled with other 4 digit model numbers too, depending on when it was manufactured. Using the Singer link for either free downloadable manuals, or paid paper manuals, search for the correct 4 digit model number and the resulting correct manual is there. The Singer 328K "style-o-matic" is a Class 66 sewing machine with a solid handwheel. Like the 328, and most style 66 machines, this one takes Singer Motor Belt # 193077. Any singer vendor should be able to help you and as of this writing (2010) the part runs around $10. In case you have a parts machine around or find vendors less knowledgeable here are some other machines using the same belt:Pfaff 330 Series Singer 127 Singer 128 Singer 15-88 Singer 15-90 Singer 15-91 Singer 185 Singer 185K3 Singer 206 Singer 206K Singer 223 Singer 27 Vibrating Shuttle Singer 306K Singer 306W Singer 319K Singer 327K Singer 327K Singer 328K Style-O-Matic (YOURS) Singer 329K Singer 66 Singer 66-1 Singer 66-14 Singer 66-16 Singer 66-18 Singer 66-24 Singer 66-4 Singer 66-6 Singer 66-8 Singer 99 Class Singer 99-13 Singer 99-31 Singer 99K Hope this helps!
check the local phone book for a singer dealer near you , if you dont have one . try singer sewing machines on google , then when you get to singers web pag enter the model number and see if u can download the instruction manual , most if not all are posted in a PDF format (adobe format) online.
Hi, actually I can help with your problem but maybe you can help me with mine. A friend gave me the same model...without the instructions. Would you be willing to give me a pdf scan or photocopy of the manual, please? Let me know at [email protected]. Thanks!
