That same thing happend to me,No problem,just go to a Wal-Mart,and Find the place where you bout you're philips mp3 player,Now,get the one you bout and bring it to the closest cashier,and tell them you need to get the CD rom with the soft ware on it,because you currently lsot you're old one.They will replace it for free/small fine.i got a new one for free,in the small little white involope thing.so yeah.hope i helped.You're probebly not gonna find this software easy and availible as a free download online.;P
The software is available from RCA's website. They even have a specialized page for the Opal series at www.rcaopal.com - you would have to cell them directly if you wanted a new installation CD.
Hey Danwwill, If you've lost the program installation CD, you should be able to find the files available for download through Insignia's support website for this model: http://www.insignia-products.com/p-225-insignia-2gb-mp3-player-black.aspx This page should have links for the necessary hardware drivers and Rhapsody Music Player as well.
