Nokia 6300- no ringer/ speakerphone/ music

It seems the speaker or buzzer is already busted and need replacement.sometimes it happens when the phone drop on the ground or been playing sounds fully loud for a long time.parts is available in any mobile service shop near you.

Can you hear with speakerphone on ? If you can hear with speakerphone ON, then your earpiece is not working.

I have a Nokia XpressMusic 5130c2 phone. When someone calls me there is music that they are hearing instead of a ringer tone. How can I remove this & just for my incoming callers to get a normal ringer tone? Thanks

Hi, what causes the phone not to be able to ring out is due to the ringer inside the phone that allows you to hear a ringing tone is bad.

You will need to replace the ringer inside the phone. When replaced phone will start ringing out and you can hear when it rings out.

You can Adjust your Ringer Level to High...If your Ringer is in Full Volume and No Sound/Bad Sound-the Problem is with Buzzer or Board Complaint[Board complaint in Rare Case]
Ringer Option in 6300:

• Settings
• Profile
• General
• 'Personalise'
• 'Incoming Call alert'[Must be in RINGING]
• Move to Bottom 'RINGING VOLUME'[move to Right side-now you can Hear Sound-Set to High Level or as you Like
• It may ask for Confirm Selection of high Ring Vol
• Alert For 'ALL CALLS'[at Bottom]
• 'Save' Click
• Then Activate GENERAL

You are Done[In this way -you can Select any Profile]

It is clear that your speakerphone (which we call ringer) is not functioning, there it's not a big problem, you can fix it if you know how to open these kinds of gadgets, but i don't recommend, just go to a mobile repairing shop and tell them the problem, they fix it by replacing the ringer for you. They will charge you for the new ringer and for servicing, but be careful since there're many technicians who just want to charge very high amount without much condition but telling this and that.. so I recommend you to visit the shop you know before or your friend knows.. Good luck.

You need to changed,Your mouth piece, and you earpiece.

As for your ringer, it can be changed,but sometimes the problems always from the panel of the phone,and when it's from there, and ones is from there,it's damaged.

For your mouth piece and your earpiece it will workafter changing it.

you phone needs to be properly diagnose , i am unable to do this from my end, so you should take it to your nearest mobile service center and have it check most likely it is the phone ringer and speaker that needs to be replaced.

This problem is not cause by the software. The buzzer of the phone must be replaced with a new one. Go to the nearest Nokia Service Center or any cellphone repair shops you have that one on your area, or from where you bought the phone. This buzzer is the audio output for music, tones, etc. except for the calls, its a different speaer.
