Lost my book need passcode my phone is asking for passcode to install

Usually the 'Generic' Passcode is 0000. I would try that since you do not remember changing it.

8888 is the passcode if it is the Blue tooth hands free you have

are the most popular default sync code.

you should be able to just pair the phone with said device and then it will ask a pass code. this code is one that you should decide on for both items to connect. usually the passcode for blue tooth is 0000 but that is just a default code for headsets.

Most cell phone bluetooth pass codes are either 0000 or 1234. Give these a try. Regards, Bill

All the motorola bluetooths that i have had that needed a passcode used "0000". See if that that works. Good luck!

Go into 'settings' menu. Go to number 11 which is 'Memory Settings' and select 'Clear Memory'. It gives you a choice of All or individual things like the address book. Choose the address book. It may ask you for a passcode. Type any in. It will ask to confirm. Type in same one again (I used 1234). It will delete what you selected.
