You need to post more information on your laptop. What operating system is on it? Try tapping the F8 key when the computer is booting up to get it into safe mode and if you can get to safe mode then you can go to the system utilities and into the restore/backup menu of system tools and then restore the computer back to the last known good working point. You would then need to re-install the driver disk for the wireless and start again from there. Just pressing any old key in hopes of finding a solution is always a bad idea. So, post some more information about the operating system installed please. Dennis
No Vista Drivers
Two thing to try.
1. Go to the Lexmark site and seek out Vista drivers for your model.
2.Go to start/printers and Faxes/install new printer.
When you are given the choice CD or from list
select 'From List'
Go to make - Lexmark
Go to Model 4300[or any 4000 series if you do not see 4300]
Click OK
