Blurry image I bought a Giga Ware webcam from Radio Shack and after I installed it, the image looks blurry. My operating system is Windows Vista. I need some help please.

That looks like a permission problem.
Do you have administrative rights on that machine?

If you are trying to install, right-click the installation icon for the program, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If the program installs but does not run, right-click the program icon, click Properties, click the Compatibility tab, select the Run this program as an administrator check box, and then try to run the program.

There is a focus ring around the lens of the WEB cam turn this ring until your image becomes clear, just like a camera focus knob.
Click on the WEB cam software, you will be able to go into an options or configuration, click on video setting, you should see an image of yourself, adjust the focus until the image is clear.

Insert the CD, then click on "my computer".

Double click on the CD drive.

Browse the disk, and look for a "setup.exe" file, and double click on it.
