The mic on the bluetooth should bypass the mic on the handset, so if it is just the physical mic that is broken on the phone, it should work on the bluetooth headset.

if your laptop came with the installation CD the try to install the web cam drivers if it does not come with the installation CD then also know the type of operating system u are using and try to download the drivers and install
