Hi I have the Advantium 120 and when used as a convection oven, I don't know how to cover my 13 x 9 baker. You can't use foil and I can't find any type of lid for a 13 x 9 that would be safe in the convection oven. If it's not covered, it splatters all over the top of the oven when I use it. I have been placing another 13 x 9 over the top of it and then it falls off when it's turning, etc. Anyone else have a suggestion?

dis connect from power alow to reset for about a minute . if not there are switches behind the door probably not making good contact make sure door is closed tightly
SOURCE: Light bulb in oven went out
Remove the top grill by removing two screws in the top. Pull the top of the grill out towards you as the bottom has pegs on it. About 6 inches from the left is metal cover that you just squeeze with your finger tips to remove. This exposes the bulb.

You probably just have a bad primary interlock (upper door switch) or its mount is loose or broken.
Door switch
or mount trouble is usually caused by slamming the door or by opening
the
door while it's cooking without hitting the Stop pad first.
There are
plastic mounts inside the microwave which hold the door switches and
onto which the door latches lock when you close the door.
The screws on these
mounts may be loose. If they get too loose, the switches will not be
activated properly.
Sometimes it's
a broken tab on the switch holder, allowing the switch to rotate just
out of position. This tab
can be hard to see, since it is under the
bottom edge of the switch.
If the switch mount is broken, it's usually more economical and
safer to add a dab or two of hot glue to the mount to secure the
switch. Let it cool for about 30 minutes before using.
We have

It will give you safety info, step by step help in disassembly, troubleshooting tips, and part numbers.

SOURCE: I have a dead GE Advantium 120 Microwave in my RV.
This heat could have come from excess current draw due to a failing part, such as the magnetron, or an improper voltage level at the outlet. It should measure 105-125VAC.
A loose connection can also result in heat and melting.
I would recommend replacing the section of wire that's melted. You need to make a good solid connection with proper wire nuts and solid crimped connectors.
If you think the TCO may have been stressed, it should be replaced, too.
I would also check the fuse holder by seeing if you can twirl the fuse with your bare fingers while it's in the holder. If so, then it is too loose and the holder must be replaced.
You cannot just squeeze it tighter with pliers, because metal fatigue will make it go loose again, possibly resulting in a melted fuse.
Lastly, I would replace the primary interlock (top door switch). See http://www.microwavedisplay.com/doorsw.txt.
Then make sure that no one opens the door while the oven is cooking unless it is specifically called for in the cooking cycle. Opening the door while it is cooking leads to premature switch failure and heat / melting of the switches connectors and wiring.
You can find the full service manual online here.
Yours may have the revised circuit. You can see the "mini-manual" for that version here.
There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control
panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very
helpful when troubleshooting, & testing.
At
our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
