We need a battery for our Olympia Info Globe Phone - OL3020. Do you know where we can get one?

It can still work if you can take the phone to computer engineer for repairs.

hold down the 'right' key for a few seconds. this turns it off and on

Press select key once. CID List shows on globe. Then press dow key to start menu, the first of which is date and time. You can take it from there.

It is not worth to fix it.  I just got a new one.  Thanks!

Wow that looks like a cool phone.

It appears that you have already removed the 4 screws. The globe will not just fall off, it has to be pried. Take a small- bladed screwdriver or a small-bladed pocket knife and gently pry from any small opening you see between the globe and its base. Work the blade around the globe and it will come off. I just did it and now I'm trying to figure out how to get inside the "guts" of the globe. Will keep you advised.

It's dead sorry to say.
We have owned several of them in the past and the manual itself is NO help.
We have tried to call Olympia and Sharper Image and still no help.
They have a very short life span, unfortunately.
The only thing that you might be able to do is, unplug the unit for about an hour or so, and plug everything back in. It may reset itself.
