Good news and bad news. The bad news is that Panasonic does not supply a download for the software, but only an update to it.

Now the good news. I did find a site that offers the download of VideoCam Suite 1.0. It is:

This is a huge download...Nearly 300MB. Do not even attempt it if you do not have broadband. (DSL or Cable)

I have not used this site so its satisfaction is not guaranteed. There are other links on this site to scan your computer. They may be legit, but I wouldn't do it.

The only other recourse would be to contact Panasonic for a new CD which they will no doubt charge you for. If you should decide to do that the customer service number is 1-800-211-7262.

Primero trate de disinstallare VideoCam Suite 2.0.  
-Si iTunes da l'errore, disinstalla iTunes.  
-despues apague computadora por 30 segundi. 
-encienda computadora y solo installa VideoCam Suite 2.0.  
-despues prova a creare un dvd.  Si funciona, installa iTunes.  
Si con iTunes, l'errore susede, iTunes usa algo que VideoCam suite 2.0 cambia en computadora.

Perdon, se que esto no es espanol, pero queria tratar do ayudarle.  digame si ustedes entienden espanol. :)

i have the cd saved to hard drive zipped up but where can i upload it so you can download it

The software will work only if you attach the camera to the electricity cable comes with the camer...The software will not work using the battery.
