I can't load my farmville game, it's different from other times and Zynga won't respond any futher!! They emailed me and said they would give me 50fc for my prob. but I can't use it if I can't even get on the farm. I know that it's zynga's prob.but hoped you would get involved to try and help. Hope I have the right site.

I don't have Farmville but I had a similar problem with the Sims 3 Ambitions, just delete the app and redownload it on iTunes (it will be free as you've already purchased it). Hope this was helpful!!!

sounds like an account database isshue associated with farmville itself on facebook. contact customer support by doing the following

After logging into Facebook, open the FarmVille Application as you normally would in order to start playing the game. Find the "Support" link in blue at the bottom of the page. This will redirect you to the Zynga support page. Click it.

Step 2 On the Zynga support page you'll see a list of common game issues. You also have the option of searching for your answer. If you still can't find the information you need, scoll down until you see "Email Spport" (written in red with an envelop icon next to it). Click it. You should be redirected to the "Login and Account Registration Page."

Step 3 If you're already a member login using your username or E-mail address. If you're not a member click on the "Create a New Account" botton.
