How to instal Tevion GPS Navigator model no. p310

I obtained the "activation Key Code" for my new Tevion navigator. the message came back Not Accepted on the navigator. I did the whole process again and carefully wrote down the numbers and letters but it was rejected three times. I have found the instruction booklet pretty useless

Everytime i to try to load the contents of the DIsc onto teh GPD, i get the message "Error#0x80040702 Failed to Load DLL" coming up and the disc ejects.



My GPS is now sitting in it's box until i can work out how to load the program from the disk.

The Tevion P310 Instruction booklet that comes with the GPS is very poor and tells you virtually nothing.Also I have tried many times over 4 days to activate the GPS with the Activation Key emaild to me without any success.I tried the support Phone number several times and eventually made contact and was told to click on LATER as the activation was not all that important with the P310 model.If I did want it activated to send it to
