Blank page when I copy or print reports

Re check all the connections. When taking off the paper feed assay, other parts and plug and jack connections were needed to be taken off first.
Make sure the drum seats in its correct position, silver grounds are not bent.
The copy cartridge and Dev housing are not connecting very good somewhere.
Make sure the machine is unplugged.
Try running copies.

We have a Workcentre pro 128 and when originals go through the feeder (not laid on the glass) they come out with a small line on the copies.

Take a piece of copy paper, and some alcohol or some glass cleaner.
Lift the document feeder and clean that 1 inch strip of glass on the right side. It may even be a mark on that glass you cant see.
But the copy paper and alcohol will create enough cleaning and firction to remove whatever is on there.
It just has to be a small dot of ink or dirt in the right spot on that glass.

I have Xerox workcentre pro 128 copier machine. can you solve my problem? when i copy before appear this Error code 123-396.

That is a software related error, You most likely need to reload the firmware, or replace the hard drive.
You can try disconnecting all the document feed and scanner cables then reseating them. Other than that, your looking at a software issue.

Trying to Print Tally Report

this should get you to the right area. I think you are asking to read the auditron accounts. This is the reset, which will allow you to see the copy count for all accounts set up.

The Auditron feature is used to prevent the machine from being used by unauthorized users and also to track the total number of copies or prints produced with each account. When the total number reaches the upper limit set up by machine administrator, users cannot use the copy feature on the machine. When the Auditron feature is enabled users need to enter a password to display the System Settings screen, or use the Copy, Fax and E-mail features on the machine.
  1. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. See the Related Items below for additional information on navigating the Control Panel.
  2. Press the [Select] button below the Display Screen to select 'System Settings.'
