Do you see any flame at all before the lights start flashing? If not then start by checking your igniter. You can test it with an ohmmeter or the easiest way is with a clamp on ammeter. With the ohmmeter you disconnect the igniter from the circuit board and insert the meter probes into the igniter leads and read the resistance. If it is open then it's bad. With the clamp on ammeter just clamp it around 1 igniter wire and turn the unit on. It should show somewhere between 2 - 4 amps. If it doesn't draw any then it is bad. If the igniter is bad then you will need to open the combustion chamber and dry up all the kerosene that has been pumped into the burner pot. Let me know what you find and if it's not the igniter I will give you some more stuff to check.

Something else I forgot to ask is do you hear a ticking noise while it's trying to light. The ticking noise is the fuel pump not getting any fuel. You would need to check your filter and possibly the strainer in fuel sump. When checking the strainer in the fuel sump, turn off the fuel at the tank and have some rags ready to catch the fuel that is going to come out.

How to fi a phillips 20fp shuts off in 2 scs.

Here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your monitor on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.
Good luck.

Monitor 422 heater

Count the number of light flashes. This is a trouble code. There should be a troubleshooting guide that came with the heater which should tell you what the problem is.

Merits dl5.2i dynamic has all the lights blinking and wont move what does that mean

It depends on the number of blinks that it's giving you.
For example if it blinks 4 times and there is a longer pause and then it blinks 4 times again, it's a 4 blink code and that means a right motor fault.
every number of blinks will mean something different

Flashing green light and monitor wont start

There are one or two capacitors that open in the power supply, sometimes it will have a bulge at the top, making it easy to spot.

The first battery light keeps flashing when I turn on the control. I believe it is locked, but I have no idea how to get it unlocked. It is a Merits MP1 electric folding wheelchair.

If you are getting just the red light blinking then the batteries are low and not fully charged. If you have been charging and are still getting just the one blinking light then either your charger is not working or you have bad batteries. Hope this helps

Monitor turns itself off

hi, you must have enabled power saving options. Thats why your monitor shut down. you can disable, just do the same:

1.Right click on desktop
2.Select properties.
3.Select "ScreenSaver".
4.Select "Power" under Monitor power option.
5.There select "never" from Turn off monitor (drop down menu).

Now your monitor will not turn off automatically.
