My computer keeps coming up error 2328 when i go to down load itune how would i get rid of it thank you :)))

You have a situation where your phone needs to be recovered by plugging it into the computer where you sync it to iTunes. Looks like Microsoft software problem reboot on safe mode , regedit , change permissions
of you cannot change permissions
You can always use a linux live distro to remove all the keys you wish or the revo backup (with tools) http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Or the linux version rescue tools cd for windows called " I have the password " or http://www.hirensbootcd.org/ to use tools to remove registry parts that are hidden or not will change on a simple way. sometimes not always easy if some registry keys are failed sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r to be shure its not your registry only damaged.

Close itunes, and go into windows explorer.
Get rid of the file named iTunes Library 8 Genius.itdb

You can always rebuild Genius results after you get itunes running properly again.

try your "Edit" then goto the bottom "preferences" from here you can configure cookie behaviour

first ul hav to download the itunes software frm the internet or the cd provided to u..after that ul just have to import the music files to the itunes. then connect ur mobile and load music frm ur itunes file to the mobile...if u have any doubts keep me updated..will b glad to help

hi...first u uninstall the itunes that uv already loaded....then lets start fresh..u shud have the itunes software available with ur motorola kit...or if not..it is easily downloadable from the internet...i recommend u buy it....then once uv downloaded it and crossed over all the wizard process....u r ready to go...first...open ur icon which u wud find on r screen..once uv opened it...click musicin ur library in the left hand side..then open file...and click import....once uv done that...u get a small wndow frm where u can import the music on ur computer to ur itunes

pls update your operating system, then try installing itunes again .
