Hi. The LG KF700 does not have wifi capabilities and this is not something that could be added. Phones with wifi capabilities have a specific hardware built-in to control the wifi.
try this simple tips, on the part of your phone where the camera is attached, apply pressure on it and turn on the cam, if this correct the problem then after releasing the pressure the problem get back, obviously you need to re fix the alignment of your cam. Bring your unit to the nearest service center. If you know how to fix then much better.

you can get through lg support page and they will ask you to install a software and software will ask you to put your IMEI number and you will be able to download the user manual !
1) Install software and drivers on CD. (Use the default installer settings) 2) Run "LG PC Suite" by double clicking the icon on the desktop before connecting the phone. 3) Follow the software prompts until it says "connect the phone." 4) Once phone is connected (upper panel says "KF700 is ready," click on the contents icon to the right of this left panel. It will open a new window with an explorer like interface. 5) Cut/Copy & paste like in Windows Explorer.
