Hmm der's no way of applying themes to KP500.
the 2 ways 2 apply themes are ".dmf" and ".swf"......
.dmf way of approahing is more preferrable than .swf......
U can apply only .dmf & .swf type of themes on KP500. In these .dmf is more preferrable......

peril is still riding high for Jack Bauer. Get in on the action with
this 24 theme for the LG Cookie KP500.
He may have only lived seven days over the past eight years, since
the show started, but he's still a force to be reckoned with. This
theme includes several promotional poster images from the 24 series,
plus some additional images of Bauer himself in trademark post modern
hero pose.
24 is still one of TV's best programmes, so why not bask in its

You can't easily change the more involved elements of your LG
Cookie's interface, but changing wallpapers is very simple. Just
download the theme file, unzip it and then transfer the files to your
phone via Bluetooth.
When your phone receives the file, it will ask you whether you want
to save the file or use it as a wallpaper. Select 'Use as wallpaper' to
tranform your LG Cookie.
If you don't want to use the wallpaper
straight away, you can access the image later from within the phone to
set it as your wallpaper.
Do this by selecting the image in the
gallery, and tapping on the screen. A menu bar will come up on the
bottom of the screen. Tap on the fourth icon along (the portrait
image), and you'll get the option to set the image as a wallpaper. Tap
'Set' on the bottom of the screen and the picture will become your
wallpaper.
NOTE: If you're having trouble transferring the
wallpaper files from your computer to your phone or making them
wallpapers, try again because the LG Cookie can be a little
