If the problem occurs while charging with the wall charger then try changing the wall charger.

When you get your blackberry screen blackout? After your blackberry 9530 unlocked or a few days after you unlocked your phone? Did you get my point? If you get that blackout screen after blackberry unlocked process try to reset your phone to default factory setting and if still not working try to reinstall your blackberry os, but if you get that blackout screen a few days after you unlock your phone looks like your screen already broken and you need to replace it in your nearest local mobile repair shop.

My Blackberry 9530 shows that its charging but the battery meter does not go up.

actually the battery was already charging...the problem is there is no indicator or display icon for charging software doesn't work.... you need to turn off your unit and then remove the battery for atleast 10 minutes....and return the battery when done...good luck!

The screen of my blackberry storm does not respond to touch. the display is fine but i cant click anything. pls help.

Sounds like you have a broken digitizer screen. Somebody needs to open your blackberry to replace it. Go to your provider, they might replace the phone for you. If they refuse and If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Blackberry Repair. If you want to do it yourself, here is a Blackberry storm Repair Guide that shows how.

I have a 9530. It is a verizon phone flashed to cricket. Since the flash the display has become erratic, sometimes half of it displays, then the buttons from last screen stay , buttons woulds smear, etc......

"flashing" the phone has no effect on your display. Sounds like 1 of 2 problems:
1) Your display is bad 2) Your midplate is bad
Check www.bbmedic.com to see if they can help you

Blackberry Storm: My Menu button and end button do not work

This problem happened to me and I just figured out the answer. If you recently installed a new application or a new theme then it will probably mess with your button configurations. Remove the theme/application you installed just before the problem started happening. Once you removed the theme/application convert back to the default theme and your buttons should work again.
