Hi, I'm having Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop and using operating system is Windows XP. From past one week it is restarting itself. While loading windows blue screen is coming and in fraction of seconds it is restarting. Again same thing happening. It is not allowing me to format also. Please kindly provide any solution. Hi. All Dell Notebooks has this Image Restore in one of the partitions of the hard drive.

You may restore factory settings of your computer but your files will be lost.

Try to boot using safemode with networking first so you can save your files online.

Turn your computer on and on the Dell logo, press Ctrl+F11 if system came with pre-loaded XP then follow the intructions.

If system came with windows Vista, on Dell logo, press F8 and select Repair your computer and press Enter. Click Next and/or enter your password if asked. If not, follow the intructions until your system goes back to factory image.
