There should be a key located near (above or below) the lighted lock symbol. Usually, it's the Heated Dry button. Whatever it is, press and hold that key for 5 seconds. That should unlock your dishwasher and you can now use it normally.

Hello, holding the button for 3 seconds should change the lock status. If holding it down for 3 seconds does not change it, then the control panel has failed.

To turn on Lock, press and hold CONTROL LOCK button for 3 seconds.
The Control Lock light will stay on for a short time, indicating that it is activated, and all buttons are disabled.
If you press any button while your dishwasher is locked, the light flashes 3 times and an audible tone will sound.
The dishwasher door can still be opened/closed while the controls are locked.

To turn off Lock, press and hold for 3 seconds. The light turns off.

To unlock the controls press and hold the HEATED DRY button for 20seconds. If the problme returns then only option is touch pad replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

First try unplugging the washer from powerpoint for 30secs..this may disable lock.if not, some washers will still work on lock if you hold the buttons you need. for 5seconds. eg try starting washer as normal but hold the button for 5secs....(Ps you may be needing to press 2 buttons at the same time to take lock off but i dont know witch 2 buttons).

Disconnect the powerfrom the unit for at least 30 minutes .. then try the unit

the child lock is on look for instructions on the control or the inner door to unlock

I fiked my problum of the Control light staying on...on the inside door it says press and hold the no heat button for four seconds. I did that and it fixed the control lock light and washer is now fine and working. Save myself some money
