My blackberry handset is unlocked but there is some problem with signals.

I am not getting signals on places where other set shows some weak signals i.e. my mobile show less signals compare to other handsets like nokia, samsung etc. Though i am using Airtel card which supposed to be the strongest signal still i am facing problem. It works fine at main road etc.

I unlocked my blackberry phone. i have a boost mobile phone and i want to switch my number and credits over from my boost mobile account/phone to my unlocked blackberry

Just put your boost sim card mobile phone to your blackberry phones. Normally if your already unlocked your blackberry using blackberry bold 9700 unlock code, your phone can accept any of sim card from different network provider. As long as you have correct blackberry unlock code it should be no problem. Make sure your sim card have same network frequency with your blackberry suport frequency specification. Don't put cdma on gsm and vice versa, it will not work.

Hi ive just bought a second hand blackberry 8100 phone inserted my vodaphone sim now says on screen sim not provisioned2 any help please

With that error note, you need to unlock your Phone. It just simply mean that your Blackberry is still operator locked, and would just accept its original operator sim.
There are several ways to unlock your phone.
Unlock by operator- where you will ask for unlock code FROM the original operator where the phone is locked to. Unlock by codes where you will buy unlock codes from sites.Have a search on Google for unlock codes for Blackberry, I cant mention examples, I dont want to be endorsing sites. Lastly professional Unlocking which is performed by technician using special gadgets and softwares.
Hope This helps.

Hello ,recently i bought a new blackberry mobile, could you please help me to unlock it...

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way.You will need the unique MEP Code for your Blackberry and to get it you can use a website with service for Blackberry unlocking .so you can use a website to Unlock your Blackberry 8100 online instantly - OR local mobile shop .they are mostly using cables to unlock it and the price is higher then on unlocking websites but the result is the same: SIM free Blackberry.

Blackberry pearl 8100 tmobile, with cingular sim

The MEP code is the same thing as a subsidy unlock code. The codes are specific to each IMEI. Meaning at&t could not unlock a T-mobile device and vice versa. You first need to find out which carrier has locked it to their network, then call them and ask for the code. I am not sure what the other carriers do, but at&t will unlock a phone bought from a third party as long as it is either a new at&t device (att in lower case) or a Cingular device and the IMEI does not appear on an active account, whether it be in write-off status or not.
