Are you sure you don't have an element burnt out instead? And yes, the model and serial number should be located on the back of the unit near the wiring diagram -- and on many units will also be located on a small plate inside the oven door or under the lift-up range top.

HI. In order to assist properly, i will need the entire model number. This will insure that any information given will be directed to the correct unit type.

I take it the oven will not heat. there is a safety thermo inside the grilles. it can be reset.. turn the power off at the breaker... remove the grille..inside of the door. then look inside the thermo is has two wires going to it and a red button in the middle.. push the red button down it will reset the thermo with a click... replace grille and restore power... hope it helps.. replace grille

if not the bulb they may be fused. follow the wires to find it.
