New Battery means I lost my radio code. Ford Radio, Model 3000. I tried to guess and now Radio has LOCK 13. Have obtained the correct code, but can't unlock it to enter the code. How do I do it.
Help me how to remove the code?

Normally there is no way to get out of lock 13 without the reset
tool but you can initially try the method below:
1. Drivers door open - leave open.
2. Ign. ON. - Use RED key only.
3. Radio ON.
4. Press and hold presets 1, 3 and 6.
5. Ign. OFF then back ON within 1 second.
6. Release presets 1, 3 and 6.
7. Radio OFF.
8. Ign. OFF.
If it does not help then you will have to buy E13 reset tool to
unlock the lock 13 .
