Be careful on the advice ur getting becausit depends on the type of movement it is and that's very inportant because if u get it out it might not go back in and that can cost u serious money to take the stem out means there r other issues ur trying to address so just go to the pros and ask or Br more specific in ur online searches

Hi, it depends on the watch . Look carefully ,if there is a release button , somethin you can press on or lift up. Sometimes a needle is enough to do the job. On some quartz movements (the cheap ones) you just can't remove the stem ...
hope this will be helpfull!

I have a Westclox W3 manual wind up wrist watch that I need to remove the stem on how do I do

Removing the stem on a manual wind-up wrist watch can be a delicate task, as it requires some knowledge of watch mechanics. Here are the general steps to remove the stem on a Westclox W3 manual wind-up wrist watch:
  1. Make sure that the watch is not wound.
  2. Use a small screwdriver to remove the crown from the watch. This is typically done by gently pressing down on the crown and twisting it counterclockwise.
  3. Once the crown is removed, you should be able to see the stem.
  4. Use a stem removal tool to push the stem out of the movement. A stem removal tool is a specialized tool that is designed to remove stems from watches, it can be found in most watch repair kits.
  5. Carefully remove the stem from the movement.
  6. Once the stem is removed, you should be able to access the movement of the watch for repairs or maintenance.

How do I remove the back of this watch?

I have seen other burberry watches and the back should pop out .
1- Locate a very small tab or recessed area on the edge of the back cover 2- Pull out the stem, which releases the back on some watches.3- Get a small flathead screwdriver it needs to be a thin inflexible tip 3- Very carefully slide the blade under the tiny metal protrusion on the back cover (or across the length of the recessed area, depending on which type of cover your watch has). 4- When you replace the cover, make sure you line up the stem slot on the cover with the stem of the watch. Ladies quartz watch stem winder knob lost lost how to remove from another to fix it?

mcdevito75 here, Best bet, look for a small watch repair shop in your area for another knob. As long as the stem is in place you just need the winding knob.

The hands have come off my fossil FS3087 wrist watch. I would like to know how to take off the glass in order to fix it myself. Thank you

mcdevito75 here, In most cases the glass (crystal) come off or out thru the back of the watch which means you"ll have to remove the quartz mechanism, and that means removeing the stem, thse quartz stems are very prone to breaking while being removed form the quatrz mechanism and the cost of a repair may be more expensive then a whole new watch, shop around get a price from a small watch repair shop on repair verses a new Fossil watch.

Hi, I found on a street market a MIYOTA T241 watch in original package, also a plastic shield on the glass. Now the problem: May be the liquid of the battery destroyed any power supply wires or contacts. I...

mcdevito75 here, Once the battery leaks it destroys the quartz mechanism. Even if you find a replacement quartz, you"d need special Jewelers tools to remove and replace the quartz, even with that you could destroy the new quartz if you can find one. Best Bet, see a small watch repair shop in your area for a quartz replacement approx. $75.00

Im applying pressure in the right direction but the pin wont budge

mcdevito75 here, I'm thinking you mean the stem (winder) Make sure stem is all the way in (flat on the watch) now turn the stem a little both ways, it could be locked down, if the stem turns and doesn't seem to be locked down, simply put a fingernail just under the crown and lift to set the time. If you mean the pin or spring bar to change the band, you"ll need a special tool to remove these pins or spring bars, the tool is available on ebay called a spring bar removal tool, or you can visit a small watch repiar shop in your area.
