This means that there is issue with the Ink Cartridges.
Please remove and re-insert the cartridges.
Check the expiration date on them. Also make sure that you are using genuine HP Cartridges, not refilled or Remanufactured.
If the issue still persists, please replace the ink cartridges.

I would try to remove both ink cartridges.
Close cover and turn off printer and unplug from outlet.
Wait at least 15 minutes, this will let printer to completely reset.
Turn on printer and wait for printer to stop.
Install both ink cartridges.

Sounds like your ink cartridges have defective electronics or the pins in your machine are dirty. You can clean the electrical contacts in your printer and on your cartridge first with isopropyl alcohol followed by water on q-tips to remove any alcohol residue. If that doesn't work then you need to replace the ink cartridges to fix the problem.

HP always recommend that ink cartridge should be replace by original ink.

As this kind of scenario will occur if the ink will just be replace by a refill ink.
