Remove the left side panel of the computer (front facing you). After that you will see a quick release located at the top, off center slightly. That releases the lock for the drive carriage (Dvd, cd, hard drive, floppy). Pull the small metal piece towards you (left side of cpu facing you), and slide the whole carriage towards the front of the cpu. This will give you enough room to install another pc100 stick onto the motherboard. Install while off and unplugged, make sure it sits correctly and the white tabs on top and bottom snap in, reboot and bios should show upgrade.
Hi, For audio please install the mother board audio drivers for your PC. The driver cd is provide with motherboard when it is purchased. If this doesn't work, try connecting the speaker jack to front panel of your cpu. For mic to work properly, make sure you connected the pink color jack of the speaker to the pink port of the cpu(Back side of cpu). If did nor find drivers, download it from the internet by giving the motherboard type and the number. I hope it should work now. Thank you
