yes the bertini stroller takes practice to fold down. You really have to slide your right thumb on the left side of the bar by the handle strongly. I loved the stroller but found it hard to show others how to fold it!!!

hi I think I could help I bought a bertini shuttle as well if you stand behind the pram on the right run your hand down the right side of the hood there is a push up lever there mine is grey ok you need to push the grey? lever but also on the left and right there is a black lever you must push up al together hope this helps good luck from debbie
