I need the Sirius Echo Repeater System but it is discontinued. Need for our Florida home which can't be cabled (block and concrete, no chases, no crawl or attic). What replaces it or where to buy old or used inventory?

To configure the DM4401 as a back-to-back repeater, you will need the following cables:
A programming cable, which is used to connect the DM4401 to a computer for programming.
A null modem cable, which is used to connect the DM4401 to another radio or repeater.
To connect the DM4401 as a back-to-back repeater, follow these steps:
Connect the programming cable to the DM4401 and your computer.
Use programming software to configure the DM4401 as a repeater. This will typically involve setting the DM4401's frequency, repeater offset, and other relevant settings.
Connect the null modem cable to the DM4401 and the other radio or repeater.
Power on both the DM4401 and the other radio or repeater.
Test the connection by transmitting on the DM4401 and receiving the signal on the other radio or repeater.
Go to your local autoparts store and pick up a chilton manual for your vehicle. They cost around $20-$30. It has complete instructions on how to remove your dash. It also has diagrams for the electrical system. You may need additional parts in order to install your sirius system. Those can be found at any stereo shop.
I am having the same problem. Sirius must've sent out a bug cause many stiletto users are coming forth. Mine stopped working about 1 month ago as of today March 26. Sirius Representative told me today that they are being discontinued.
My Stiletto got the same problem at around the same time. I have been reading many stiletto owners problems and see many of the same problems erupting at around the same time-mid to late February. I just spoke with a Sirius Representative who said the Stiletto 2 has been discontinued. Seems like a conspiracy to me.
You should be able to pick up a new antenna from any sirius/xm retailer. One thing to try before you buy a new one is; make sure that the antenna has a good view of the sky- the best place to mount the antenna on a car is either on the back of the roof, or on the trunk lid of a car. If you have a SUV, mount the antenna on the back of your roof away from any luggage racks. Run the cable under the weatherstripping and your carpet so it will look "clean".
If your antenna is for a house, it will need to be placed in a window facing southwest. Delphi makes a great repeater for the house (i have one at work and at home). Good luck.
Daylight savings time change a few months ago messed up the timer recording schedule - you must now fix it. Daylight savings time changes will always mess up this recorder. You must reset your recording schedule.
"Sat" stands for satellite signal. "Ter" shows the signal from a terrestrial repeater. It's not uncommon to have 0 bars on the Ter setting.
Where is your antenna placed?
