Probably something with the PATS system , Passive anti theft system. Is there a red light in the middle of you dash that flashes fast when you try to start the car. Or is there a security light lit on you instrument cluster ? If you have a problem with PATS the engine computer will turn off fuel injectors in some cases !

SEnsing light comes on start light flashes wont start
Sounds like 1 of the small thermostats above the element has gone faulty. There is 3 stats above the element and the 1 in the middle, normally a different colour like white and this may be at fault. You can access it by removing the back middle panel, about 10 screws. Hope this helps.

you have problem with the anti theft sistem of the vehicle and you wont be able to start your vehicle with that key. you can try to start the vehicle with the other key but if the anti theft light is flashing fast with both keys you will have to send the car to the dealer for service

Sounds like a burnt out capacitor. Either on motherboard or power supply.
You can try taking out battery, press and hold power button for 5 seconds, put back in and try to turn on. If it doesn't turn on, then I'm afraid motherboard is bad or memory card is faulty

My Compaq wont turn on!
That flashing usually indicates a battery/power issue. Could the battery be dead? And/Or the power cable? Normally the power cable has a "brick" in the middle, and that connection could be loose. In many cases that brick has a led light when it is plugged it. Does your machine have that light and if so, is it lit? Does the "charging" or "AC power" light go on when it's connected via the power cable? Lastly, try removing the battery entirely, and using just the power cable, to make sure the battery is not causing the problem.
