Go to the eMachines website here http://www.emachines.com/support/drivers.html and it will present you all the drivers needed for you machine running XP. Download the chipset first then the VGA graphics then restart and your problem should be taken care of.
Typically doing a custom windows update for hardware can help you find your missing drivers. The difficulty we have at this stage is helping you get to that point since you are missing your network card drivers.
Have you downloaded the motherboard driver package? Sometimes the driver can be found in there.

Ok download drivers for vista then extract and find folder VISTAx86 open and right click net8185.inf and choose install option, if not install and have problem post coment rere, "dont work" ang find for xp, link here for official
Please download cupz.exe from the internet and run the exe and you i will all the information regarding your system and motherboard and than try to find out the drivers for the same chipset ok.
If you have various devices showing yellow exclamtion marks, then you may need to update the drivers for them, or the drivers for the devices are not installed.
Write down the make and model numbers of the devices then do a google search for the relelvant drivers to download. If you have trouble finding the drivers, let me know and I will see what I can do
