I can't find the alarm clock setting anywhere on my nokia surge phone! is this normal? I've searched everywhere for it, and it just doesn't make sense for there to not be such basic thing... I must have missed something. Can someone tell me how to set the alarm clock on this phone?

How to set Nelsonic alarm clock? Press and hold the ALARM BUTTON to enter ALARM SETTING MODE. While still holding the ALARM BUTTON down, press and hold the HOUR and MINUTE BUTTONS until you see the time you want on your LCD DISPLAY. Release the TIME BUTTON and the Alarm Clock Radio will return to NORMAL TIME MODE.

do you have a 3rd-party Alarm Clock program or theme installed ?

First restore ur phone then switch off it again and remove mmc,sim card etc. And reinsert them.Then keep *456# pressed until it boots again and see if this doesn't works then keep green key pressed instead of *456#.Hope this works

you may have set alarm for daily instead of one day.try delete all alarms from the alarm setting.

For getting Alarm clock application in Nokia N79,

1) Press Menu key, and select Applications > Clock.
To cancel an alarm, select Options > Remove alarm.

try logging on to torrent and search it. surely you will find one.

Friend, the problem of your phone is the software.files are missing that's why it cannot boot to finish. And you need to reflash the phone using cable drives to computer.and the software for the unit.you can download it just browse the twister.com. About the alarm it is normal the time is setted to the particular time thats why it alarms.clock the of phone do not depend on the mobile hardwares because it has its own battery thats why it still alarms.it will be stop if you can turn off the alarm set but you can't do it since the phone cannot displayed. so try to reflash your phone.good luck

Go into your phones menu, press applications, then press clock and there, your alarm menu is hiding. Hope this helps.

i am having a nokia 1100, alarm and reminder are on on mode. however it is not making any sound.
