Simple. Go to http://xmfanstore.com , click on "Antennas and Extensions" under "Shop Categories" on the left most side of the site; there you will find "XMFanStore XM2go Direct Connect Antenna Adapter" .

It plugs into the SIDE antenna port of your XM unit and you plug the antenna into that.

No sound comes out of radio?

Turn up the volume by pressing the top of the center cluster of buttons. Does it work in the home dock or car dock without headphones?

My tao xm2go unit is transmitting a very weak fm signal to my car radio. I can barely hear the audio.

You likely need to directly connect. In most cases the FM transmitter is too week to broadcast through FM stations, and a direct connection will clear up your issue. It could be as simple as connecting via an Auxiliary cable or Cassette Adapter. If you don't have the ability to use one of those, you can get an Auxiliary Input Adapter. Another solution would be an external FM Transmitter, with a larger range.

I'm considering purchasing a Sirius Stiletto 2 Satellite Radio Receiver - just wondering if it can it be connected to my new Harmon Kardon 3600 avr or do I need to buy the Sirius connect SCH1 Home...

You will need to use the aux input from the top of the unit, or from the back of your home dock. If your receiver has a built in or add-on dock for the XM2GO line of radios, you will need to read here: http://www.digitalradiocentral.com/sirius-backstage/stiletto/108379-i-converted-xm2go-dock-stiletto.html

I cannot find a home docking station for my Pioneer Airware radio. Do you have any suggestions other than E-Bay? Thanks.

$53.50 retail from pioneer. Any XM2GO dock should work, there are a few home docks on ebay now. You may need to modify it so it can fit your radio, but the pins are all the same.

Replace the battery. Your Myfi will not work without it -- even if it is plugged into the charger.

Antenna not detected

Try docking the unit without the battery attached. The unit will recycle and that may solve the problem. You will, however, need to continue to dock the unit without the battery...

Xm2go direct entry tuning problem

You have it set on a preset mode now. On the unit or the remote control press the "pre/dir" button a few times until you see the word "DIRECT" at the top left of the screen next to the antenna strength. From "direct" you can then key in the channel numbers directly to go to them.

Delphi xm2go internal antenna

Don't use the wearable antenna - reputed to not work well - was not a good design idea - I don't think any of the other receivers have this feature if that tells you anything. Record music you like on the myXM feature, and play that when you would otherwise want to receive on the antenna. If you are listening to live news, etc, there may be no good solution. (I have read there is an antenna headset, but don't know much about it, but some reports that it works.)

Air ware xm2go

The unit has an internal antenna (that is really poor) that is activated when you unplug the external antenna. This is why you get some signal when you unplug the unit.

I assume the problem is the antenna itself.

My suggesion is that you charge up the unit, take it to a place that sells XM equipment AND has a demo unit working. Be sure to take your docking station with you (it has the plug in for an external antenna). Ask the sales rep to please connect your unit to an external antenna to test your unit as you are trying to determine if your antenna is bad. If it works, you need a new antenna (cable may be cut on the inside or antenna may have water/weather damage). If it does not, then there is an electrical issue inside the unit and the unit itelf will need replacement/repair.
