Toner exhausted = the toner has been used all up, buy a new one.

When your unit displays this kind of error you have to upgrade firmware to reset scx 4300 printer, after that ur printer is permanently reset and you can use refill toner forever.
Or else remove the empty toner cartridge and replace it with a new toner cartridge or a recharged cartridge. New toner cartridges can be purchased from the place where you purchased the printer.

Have you replaced the toner? If not then doing so will reset the message. If you have, and the message remains, then was it a remanufactured/compatible unit? Probably the toner reset fuse has not been installed on the cartridge (or is defective)

if you've refilled the cartridge,you'll have to reset the toner count also to zero...to do this,download the firmware here

run it and it will reset your toner count to 0...you have to do this everytime you refill your toner.
The firmware for 4300 is not available on the Samsung site,you'll need to google for it.
