The paper feed tray may be blocked. Something is covering the tray such as a large document.

If this happens, remove anything blocking or covering the tray. Turn the printer OFF, the ON and restart your print job.
*Hold large documents away from the tray while printing.

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.

For fixing your problem do the following:
1. un-install the printer drivers
2. restart the system
3. Remove the connections of the printer from the cpu
4. Install the drivers for the all in one printer
5. Restart the system
6. Connect the cables and Power on the Printer
