sir better to contact your ISP provider or internet provider about this. Sometimes heavily load on their connection will slow the speed of the internet. i experienced that myself.

try more mem and maybe faster internet i had adsl a movie dwnload took me round 3 dayz now i hav dsl and now it takes less than a day the internet cost more but its worth it
