I have Motorola W233 on Fido's network. I set up my voice mail but when I held down the 1 key there was no number and it told me to input one so I put in my cell number. That was how I got to voice mail to set it up in the first place. Now whenever I try voice mail I get Call Failed! I called Fido and the support got me to the voice mail section on my menu but there is no option to delete and/or change the number my phone dials for voice mail. How do I change that number so my phone's voice mail key works?

On my model, I just press & hold the number 1 button & voice mail comes on. I think that is how I initially set it up also, I hit & held #1 button & it told me the steps for setting it up
