Virus attacked to your Pc, Here is a way to fix it.

Slow Internet can be caused by many thing, I need more info to make a informed suggestion, But you can start be running a FULL virus scan with a good anti virus, also you want to run a FULL scan with a malware program, I would suggest using MALWAREBYTES found here:http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/. If you do not have a UP TO DATE Anti-Virus, one can be found on the filehippo site for free, REMEMBER to uninstall the anti virus on your machine, if you want to try another anti virus, always use the Makers REMOVAL TOOL if they supply one, I use AVAST, but that is your choice. If you have a Anti Virus make sure it's updated and working properly. You statement,"Internet in my computer is very slow" does not give me much to work with. Need computer Manufactuer, Model, type OS, etc. Also are you using TOOLBARS on you IE or what ever Broswer you are using. TOOLBARS, MESSENGERS, CHAT, any thing that is "hogging" your resourses when using your broswer SHOULD BE DISABLED, the rule is the more "Stuff" you have running, on you computer at start, or your broswer will slow it down. It's like YOU, on a long walk, ever half mile you pick up a 10 pound weight, after a day treck you have to slow down a bit. To make a short story long, GET RID OF THE EXCESS BAGGAGE. Sounds like a virus or phishing program attack. Check with your anti-virus software company to see what they suggest. There is usually a start-up disk that will scan and get past this problem. It may be a fluke software problem with your Operating System too but I would suspect the virus/phishing attack.

I had one where the screen was entirely red with a small black box asking for the same. I fixed this by using start-up disk with anti-virus programming.
