IO error when movie starts playing and stops

IO error means Input/Out error. It looks like your mediaplayer is not liking your external hard drive. Make sure the video is supported by the mediaplayer, otherwise you will need to convert it to a video file that the player supports.

Hi, my Iomega ScreenPlay play MKV files but there is no sound when i connect to HDMI cable.

This mediaplayer can't read DTS sound, only AC3.What I do is that I use AudioConverter to change the .mkv files to AC3 sound before playind them. This should solve your problem.

Please let me know I wanted to Install software for video movie in portable mediaplayer MPA 20011

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. My mediaplayer cant play the video files

how do i find out what program or codec my camera has used to compress photos, i took a large number of photos and videos on my memory card, i can view them through the camera but when i load them onto the computer the first few hundred will open and then it says that i cant open the rest due to my computer not having the correct program to view the files, the camera is a few years old it is a finePix S5700 fujifilm, i have googled some info and have figured out that when space starts to be limited the camera will compress the files and thats why i can see the photos on the camera but when i transfer them to the laptop i dont have the right program to decode the compressed files, i understand that and also that i can down the load the codec i need to open the files but my problem is i dont know what codec i need to install on my computer or how to find it out..
